Early-Career Scientist Day at the Colorado State Capitol January 19th, 2018 On January 19th, 2018, 55 early-career scientists representing 11 Colorado-based research institutions traveled to the Colorado State Capitol to present their research to the general assembly. This poster session was a celebration of the diverse and exciting research being performed in our state and inspired conversations surrounding the impact primary science research has on our local economic, physical, and social health. To commemorate the event, Governor John W. Hickenlooper officially declared January 19th, 2018 as 'Early Career Scientist Day' in Colorado!
